Gerrit is a FPS/Fhana registered Friesian dressage gelding with FEI potential. He has competed successfully with an amateur rider through first level, earning his qualifying scores for USDF regional championships in 2010. He is currently schooling 2nd and 3rd level movements as well as piaffe and passage, where he demonstrates a natural talent. He is currently in professional dressage training with a FEI rider. Gerrit is an intelligent, willing, and hard working Friesian, but will do best with a confident rider. Gerrit was imported by his current owner as a 2 yr old. Due to having children she is unable to dedicate the time to compete him and is now offering him for sale. Gerrit has participated in numerous drill team events with the Royal Friesians of Kansas City. He has also enjoyed hacking on the trails. He is a very sweet and good natured horse on or off the ground. He doesn't have health issues and is a low maintenance horse. He has a recent set of clean xrays.

Gerrit stems from stamline-99 w a very nice paper/pedigree, SP+SP (Sport)+P+MP+SP. He is a great age of 10 yrs. This is a very nice gelding w elegant movements. He has been tried for Ster and did not make it but deserves another chance. Owner must sell due not being able to give him the time he deserves.
